DRY THE RIVER ARE JOINING ME FOR A PINT ON FRIDAY!

So do you remember when Dry The River played the last Miss Perry Presents with Birmingham Promoters a few months back? I know, it was good wasn’t it. Thought they were top of the pops. Since then the BBC have shouted about them, including them in their Sound of 2012 poll (hate to say we were there first….ah well) and they played a great Q Now Sessions Gig for Q Magazine in London.
They are ‘hyped’ at the moment. How annoying. But also how justified. They really are a lovely bunch, and they want to come back to Birmingham, to the hallowed Hare and Hounds to join us for a pint of the hard stuff and let us listen to their soon-to-be-released brand spanking new album in the back bar. All a very chilled, no nonsense social happening. And then I think they’ll DJ for a short while too. Nice.
